Description
B cells are a type of lymphocytes that are responsible for the humoral response component of the adaptive immune system. In addition to their role as antibody-producing cells, B cells can also serve as antigen-presenting cells (APC) that promote antigen-specific T cell activation. Peripheral blood B cells, representing 5-10% of total lymphocytes in blood, consist of several B cell classes including immature, naive and memory as well as plasma cells. IGNYTE BIO offers Pan B Cells (CD19+) isolated by negative selection from peripheral blood.
